WELCOME TO LA FERTE

La Ferté-sous-Jouarre to małe, czarujące miasteczko w północno-centralnej Francji. Pełno tu przepięknych domków i ogrodów.

// La Ferté-sous-Jouarre is small and very charming city in north-central France. From there you can easily get to Paris, which is 50 km far away. The ride takes about 1,5 h. For those who doesn’t have a car, there is a railway station. In La Ferté there are lovely hoeses and gardens. Trees are perfectly cut, grass is freshly green, everything is perfect. Silence, peace are the advantages of this place which seems to be for some people an alternative way of accomodation. Although there is moisture in the air (which is not good for the hair), but You can get used to it 😉 Cool is the fact, that I have the opportunity to see different side of France. I’ll have wonderful memories 😀

ME AS A TOURIST?

Serdecznie polecam usiąść sobie w którejś z kawiarni, zjeść coś słodkiego i wypić smaczną kawę 😉

// I’m a tourist now, so it’s my “duty” to tell you something about a place I’ve been to. Luxembourg is a small and charming city. I haven’t expected, it would look like this. There are two main city quarters – the old and new one and they both blend in very nicely. There is no big difference between them. New quarter consists of local authorities head offices and central offices of various organisations, however in the old, there are slim-line streets, little shops and cafes/restaurants. It sounds really normal, but believe me, there’s something interesting and eye-catching in this town, I can’t name what it is. Maybe something that creates “home atmosphere” and remainds of coziness (?). Anyway, it was so nice to walk around the city in the sunlight and admire beauty of this place. I fell in love with the look of the houses. There is a lot of green space, and Luxembourg itself is really well-cared of. I recommend sitting in one of the cafes to eat something sweet and drink delicious coffee 😉

NEW ADVENTURE

// Special 10 days are coming! I’m going on the sightseeing trip, one after the other Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. Long travel is waiting for me, almost 12h on the bus. Fortunataly, I’m kinda used to it, so it shouldn’t be a huge deal. I’ll be in the capital city of France for the second time and the rest of the cities I’ll see for the very first time. I’m really looking forward to be in all of this beautiful places, espacially Amsterdam. I hope for the good weather. When I was leaving Poznan, there was like 30 degrees Celsius and I thought I’ll burn haha:D That’s why I wore this very comfortable dress. But I’ve taken jeans in case of rain, you never know. My next post will be straight from Luxembourg.
